Glenda Dale Morse Gilkey

Glenda Dale Morse Gilkey, age 67, of Princeton passed away Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at Bryan County Health & Rehabilitation Center in Richmond Hill, GA.  She was born the daughter of the late William Gilbert Morse and the late Levonia Casper Morse.  Glenda was member of American Legion Auxiliary Post 116 and Homemakers Council.  She enjoyed quilting and sewing.  She was a member of Fairview Missionary Baptist Church and was proud to make costumes for VBS and made the Sunday Bulletin.  She also volunteered on the Rescue Squad for 18 years.

Funeral services will be 11:00 am Saturday, July 9, 2022, at Goodman Funeral Home in Princeton with Bro. David Brown and Bro. Kenny Ray officiating.  Burial will follow in Liberty Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery.  Visitation will be Friday, July 8, 2022, at the funeral home from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm and again on Saturday, July 9, 2022, from 9:00 am until the funeral hour.  Goodman Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Glenda is survived by her daughter: Charity Dale Rich (David Perez) of Richmond Hill, GA; her sister: Ginger Morse Devine (Ron) of Princeton; her niece: Adrienne Devine of Memphis and grandchildren: Carter Cullen of GA and Canaan Cullen of Princeton.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Sam Gilkey; brother: Gilbert Dwane Morse.
